Punjabi Garam Masala
Ingredients:
- cinnamon sticks 2
- cloves 2
- cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
- coriander seeds(powdered) 1/4 tsp
- cumin seeds(powdered) 1/4 tsp
- bay leaf 1
- cardamom capsule(black) 1
- cardamom capsule(green) 1
Method:
Roast the above in a thick bottomed saucepan over a low fire. Stir the ingredients continuously. Shut off the flame, whent eh ingredients color lightly changes and gives a strong aroma. Grind into a fine powder
and store.
