Potato Croquettes
Ingredients:

Large boiled potatoes 4

Bread 4 slices

Cornflour 2 tbsp

Tomato pulp 1 tbsp

Garam Masala powder 1 tsp

Finely minced green coriander 1 tbsp

Pepper powder and salt to taste

Oil for shallow frying
Method:
Peel and mash the potatoes. Soak the bread slices in water for a minute
and squeeze them out. In a mixing bowl, put in the mashed potato, bread
slices, cornflour, tomato pulp, garam masala powder, green coriander, pepper
powder and salt to taste. Mix well. Then take small portions opf this mixture
and form into croquettes. Heat up the oil in a non-stick-skillet and shallow
fry these croquettes a few at a time to a rich golden brown. Place them
in an aluminium foil and put them in a casserole.
