Pickled Green Pepper
Ingredients :

Lemons 6-9

Tender green pepper 500 gms

Salt 10 to 15 gms
Method:
Wash pepper well. Remove and dry. Extract juice of limes, strain, add salt,
pepper bunches. Sufficient juice must submerge the pepper. Soak for two
to three days. When the pepper changes its color to light green, the pickle
can be used.
