Remove red skin from nuts. Heat deskinned nuts in a kadai, stirring continuously. Allow to cool slightly. While still warm, grind nuts in the jar with salt and sugar. Mix well. Again grind it adding the groundnut oil gradually for a minute. Allow to mature for atleast 2 hours before use. Can be used as a spread on bread, salted biscuits and sandwiches.
