Payatham Paruppu Dosai
Ingredients:
- par boiled rice 1 cup
- moong dal 1/4 cup
- fenugreek 1 tsp
- salt 1 tsp
- ginger and green chillies as required
Method:
Soak the rice, moong dal and fenugreek seeds together for about 2 hours. Grind it together to a coarse batter in a blender. Add salt, sour curd(1 big spoonfull), water, ginger and green chillies(cut into pieces) and make dosa as usual.
