Pan Jam Balls
Ingredients :

Paneer 200 gms

Vanilla essence 2/3 drops

Cornflakes 1 tbsp

Any Jam 4 tbsp

Milk 1 1/2 cup

Sugar 1 1/2 cup
Method:
Prepare paneer in the usual way. Knead well. Take a small quantity of paneer-
small lemon sized- flatten on the palm. Keep half a teaspoon of jam in
the centre and roll it to make a ball/ Arrange the balls in a dish and
pour sweetened and vanilla-flavored milk. Allow to soak for an hour and
chill. Sprinkle cornflakes and serve.
