Onion Mango Pickle

Heat oil and add mustard seeds. When it crackles, add the curry leaves and allow them to crisen. Stir in the mango and onion pieces. Cook till the mango becomes translucent and the oil seperates. Pour in the remaining oil. When it gets hot, add the chilli fenugreek and asafoetida powders and remove. The pickle lasts for a month.
