Onion Chutney
Ingredients:

Onion big 4

Fresh Coconut scraped 1 1/2 tbsp

Red chillies 8

Salt as required

Roasted gram 1 tbsp
Method:
Chop onions into big pieces. Grind coconut, salt, chillies and gram first.
Add onions, grind again coarsely without adding water. Heat ghee, season
with mustard seeds, pour on top of chutney and mix well. This chutney is
for dosas and thuar uttappam.
