Nutritious Kababs In Creamy Sauce
Ingredients:
- Potatoes 1 cup, boiled and mashed
- Yam, 1 cup boiled and mashed
- Soya granules 50 gms, soaked in water
- Gram flour 3 tbsp
- Ginger and garlic paste 1 tsp each
- Green chilli paste 2 tsp
- Garam masala 1/2 tsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Oil for deep frying
For Filling:
- Paneer crumbs 1 cup
- Coriander leaves 1/4 cup, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
For Creamy Sauce:
- Tomato juice 1 1/2 cup
- Fresh Cream 1/2 cup
- Onion 1/2 cup, chopped
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Salt, sugar and pepper to taste
Method:
Mix all the kabab ingredients well and divide into 12 portions. Mix all the filling ingredients and divide into 12 portions. Put
one part of filling into the kabab cover and make a long roll. Deep fry till golden. Arrange in a serving plate. To prepare sauce,
melt butter and saute onions. Add tomato juice and season it. Boil till half its quantity. Add cream, boil, pour it over kababs and
serve hot.
