Mint Rasam
Ingredients:
- thuar dal 1/4 cup
- mint 1 bunch
- tomatoes 2 washed and diced
- green chillies 2
- rasam powder 1 tsp
- tamarind paste 1/2 tsp
- cooking oil 1 tsp
- salt 1 tsp
Method:
Cook the dal with 2 cups of water. Fry mint, tomatoes and green chillies in oil. Grind the above mixture. Bring 2 cups of water to a boil and add tamarind paste, turmeric powder and salt. Add the ground mixture, cooked dal
and let it boil for 5-10 minutes and serve.
