Cook the dal in a pressure cooker till done. Cut the cabbage and cook them well. Mix both the dal and the cabbage along with little more water and let them boil. Grind coconut, green chillies, cumin, pepper and coriander seeds to a smooth paste and add them to the boiling cabbage mixture. Heat oil and fry mustard and urad dal and add them to the cabbage. Add salt and turmeric powder. Serve hot.
