Methi Thepla
Ingredients:
- fenugreek leaves 20 gm
- wheat flour 50 gm
- bajra or jawar flour 30 gm
- chilli powder 1/2 tsp
- coriander powder 1/2 tsp
- turmeric 1/4 tsp
- salt 1/2 tsp
- oil 10 gm
Method:
Sieve flours together. Add chilli powder, coriander powder, salt and chopped fenugreek and mix. Prepare dough, adding enough water. Set aside for 1/2 an hour. Divide into small balls and roll out very thin. Shallow fry on a hot griddle.
