Methi Dosa
Ingredients:
- fenugreek seeds 50 gm
- split black gram 1 tsp
- rice 1 kg
Method:
Soak rice, gram and fenugreek seeds separately. Grind the gramand fenugreek to a smooth and fluffy paste. Grind rice coarsely. Mix together. Leave to ferment overnight. Add salt and lukewarm water to obtain a pouring consistency.
Prepare dosas as usual.
