Matar Khi Bhujia
Ingredients:

Green peas boiled and finely mashed 1 cup

Gram flour 1 1/2 cups

Oil 3 tbsp

Salt to taste

Green chilli paste 1 tbsp

Baking powder 1/4 tsp

Asafoetida 1/4 tsp

Oil for deep fry
Method:

Mix all ingredients and add water just enough to make a soft dough.

Fill in a bhujia machine and deep fry in oil to get crisp bhujias.

Cool and store in an airtight bottle.
