Matar Cheese Burger

Round Buns 4

Butter as required

Few slices of onion and tomatoes

Cheese 4 slices

Few lettuce leaves
Ingredients For Matar Burger:

Green peas boiled and coarsely mashed 1/2 cup

Potatoes boiked and mashed 1/2 cup

Coriander leaves chopped 1/4 cup

Ginger chilli paste 2 tbsp
-
Cornflour 1 1/2 tbsp

Salt to taste

Bread crumbs for coating

Oil for deep frying
Method:
Split buns into two and apply butter. Mix all ingredients of the burger
and make four round flat burgers. Coat properly with bread crumbs. Deep
fry or shallow fry in oil to golden brown. Arrange buns in a griller and
make them hot. Arrange slices of onion, tomatoes, chese and lettuce leaves
in the buns. Put matar burger in the middle of the buns. Serve with tomato
ketchup.
