Lemon And Ginger Pickle
Ingredients :

Large limes 6

Salt 3 tsp

Fresh tender ginger 250 gms
Method:
Wash ginger well. Scrub off the peel. slice ginger into thin strips. Squeeze
the juice from lemon. The juice should measure 250 ml in volume. Add salt
to the juice till dissolved. Add the sliced ginger to the juice. Use after
2 hr.. The ginger will become pinkish in color.
