Kunuku
Ingredients:
- tur dal 1/2 cup
- channa dal 1 cup
- urad dal 1/4 cup
- rice 1/2 cup
- dried red chillies 5
- green chillies 3
- salt 1 tsp
- hing a small pinch
- ginger chopped finely
- curry leaves a few
- cilantro a small bunch washed and chopped finely
- cooking oil for frying
Method:
Soak tur dal, chana dal, urad dal and rice in water for 1 hour. Wet grind the above mix with chillies and salt coarsely. Add hing, ginger, curry leaves and cilantro. Make small
balls and deep fry in oil.
