Khoya

Method:

Bring 1 1/2 litre milk to a boil in a large thick bottomed saucepan. Simmer the milk for 45-55 minutes, stirring fre1uently. Shut off the flame when the milk reduces to a quarter of its original volume, resembling a ball of sticky dough. This ball of sticky dough(khoya) is used for making sweets or vegetable dishes.
