Hung Curd Cheese Salad
Ingredients:

Hung curd cheese (1 kg curd hung in a muslin cloth for two hours)

Olive oil 1 tbsp

Mustard powder 1/2 tsp

Sugar 1 tsp
-
Juice of one lemon
-
Garlic, crushed 6 cloves

Parsley, finely chopped 2 tbsp

Macaroni, boiled and diced 2

Mushrooms, boiled and sliced 1 cup

Potatoes, boiled and diced 2

Thick creamy milk 4 tbsp

Salt to taste
Method:
Mix olive oil, mustard powder, sugar, lemon juice, garlic and finely chopped
parsley into the hung curd cheese. Blend with creamy thick milk. Add in
the macaroni, potatoes and sliced mushrooms. Serve cold.
