Ginger Honey Cake
Ingredients:

Butter 75 gms

Light brown sugar 50 gms

Egg 1

Egg yolk 1

Flour 175 gms

Baking powder 2 level tsp

A pinch of salt

Ground ginger 1 dessert spoon

Cinnamon 1 tsp

Milk 6 tbsp
Method:
Preheat the oven to a moderate temperature. Grease a seven-inch round tin
with butter and line the bottom with paper. Cream butter, sugar and honey
together. Beat in the egg and the yolk. Mix in sifted ingredients alternately
with milk. Pour in the prepared tin and bake for 40-45 minutes.
