Ingredients:

Fruit Chunks (pineapple, sweetlime, grapes, apple) 2 cups
Ingredients For The Batter:

Maida 1 1/2 cups

Sugar 3 tbsp

A pinch of baking powder

Oil for deep frying
Method:
Put the maida into a mixing bowl. Add sugar and a pinch of baking powder.
Now add enough cold water to make the batter of a dipping consistency.
HEat up the oil in a kadai. Dip the fruit chunks into the batter and deep
fry in small batches to a golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper. Then
pack in a foil lined casserole.
