Fru-Nut Salad
Ingredients:

Coconut gratings 1 cup

Banana slices 1/2 cup

Raisins a few

Chopped dates a few

Cardamom Powder 1/2 tsp

Jaggery Powder 1/2 cup

papaya cubes 1/2 cup
-
A few cashewnut bits
-
Crushed walnuts a few
-
Honey 2 tbsp
-
Peeled, cored and diced apples 1/2 cup
Method:
Select ripe but firm bananas and papaya. Mix all the ingredients in a grass
bowl. Shake well; chill and serve.
