Dhoodh Wada
Ingredients:

1 cup fine rice flour

3 cups milk

ghee for deep frying

1 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp cardamom powder
Method:
Mix rice flour and milk in a vessel. Heat and stir continuously until the
mixture thickens and leaves the sides of the vessel. Pour into a plate
and when cool, shape into balls. Press each ball in the middle to get a
depression. Heat ghee and deep fry doodhwada to golden brown.Take out a
serving plate. Sprinklethe mixture of powdered sugar and cardamom. Servehot.
Makes 45 pieces
