Curry Leaves Thuvayal
Ingredients:

Urid Dal- 1 cup

Red Chillies- 4

Curry leaves- 4-5 bunches.

Tamarind- a small lemon size.
Method:
Fry urid dal and red chillies without oil. Fry curry leaves in oil. Soak
tamarind a little along with red chillies and urid dal. Grind to paste
and then add salt.
