Curried Stir-fry Grapes
Ingredients:

Oil 3 tbsp

Spring onions chopped 1/2 cup

Minced garlic 1 tbsp

Minced ginger 1 1/2 tbsp

Curry powder 1 1/2 tbsp

Salt to taste

Seedless grapes 1 1/2 cups

Cabbage, shredded 1 cup
-
Capsicum, sliced 1/2 cup
Method:
Heat oil and saute spring onions, garlic and ginger. When soft and when
an aroma arises, add curry powder and salt. Mix well. Add grapes, cabbage
and capsicum. Mix well and stir. Fry till little soft. Coat with spices.
Serve hot.
