Beat together curd, plain flour and milk. Chop the onion and green chillies fine and keep aside. Heat a frying pan and add ghee. When the ghee melts, add cumin seeds, onion, green chillies and ginger. Add the beaten curd, salt to taste, tomato and cucumber. Stir well all the time. When the ingredients begin to boil, switch off the flame. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
