Curd Shorba
Ingredients:
- Curd 450 ml
- plain flour 1 tsp
- Milk 2 tbsp
- Ghee 25 gm
- cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
- onion small 1
- Green chillies 2
- Ginger peeled and grated 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Tomatoes chopped 3 tsp
- Cucumber chopped 2 tbsp
- Coriander leaves chopped 1 tbsp
Method:
Beat together curd, plain flour and milk. Chop the onion and green chillies fine and keep aside. Heat a frying pan and add ghee. When the ghee melts, add
cumin seeds, onion, green chillies and ginger. Add the beaten curd, salt to taste, tomato and cucumber. Stir well all the time. When the ingredients begin to
boil, switch off the flame. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
