Cucumber And Musambi RIng

Method:

Pour hot water over gelatine in medium bowl. Stir till it dissolves. Stir in lemon juice. Mix well. Refrigerate till lightly set (1/2 hour) Fold in cucumber, capsicum and musambi. Turn into one-quarter ring moulds. Refrigerate for 2 hours until firm. To unmould, run a spatula around edge of mould to loosen. Invert on serving plaster.
