For one serving, take 3 puff pastry biscuits in a deep serving plate. Mix salt and chilli powder in the moong and potatoes. Spread half of it on the biscuits. Add a little salt to the beaten curd. Pour it over the moong mixture. Sprinkle bhujia, coriander leaves, chilli powder and cumin seed powder on top. Serve immediately.
