Crispy Chaat
Ingredients:

Puff pastry (khari) biscuits - ready-made 6

Sprouted moong dal, cooked 1 cup

Potatoes, boiled and chopped 1/2 cup

Salt, chilli powder to taste

Beaten curd 1 cup

Plain besan bhujia(sev)- ready-made 1/2 cup

Coriander leaves, chopped 2 tbsp

Chilli powder, cumin seeds, roasted and powdered to taste
Method:
For one serving, take 3 puff pastry biscuits in a deep serving plate. Mix
salt and chilli powder in the moong and potatoes. Spread half of it on
the biscuits. Add a little salt to the beaten curd. Pour it over the moong
mixture. Sprinkle bhujia, coriander leaves, chilli powder and cumin seed
powder on top. Serve immediately.
