Ingredients:

Coconut gratings 3 tbsp

Rice flour 2 cups

Jaggery Powder 1/2 cup

Ghee 1 tbsp

Toasted Khus Khus 2 tsp

Coconut Milk 2 tbsp

Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
-
A few cashewnuts
Method:
Mix all ingredients except cashewnuts. Make a dough of soft consistency.
Make small lemon sized balls; flatten a little. Press a cashew in the centre.
Serve afresh.
