Coconut Squares
Ingredients:

Butter 150 gms

Desiccated coconut 150 gms

Baking powder 1/2 tsp

Sugar 150 gms

Flour 150 gms
-
Milk to bind
Method:
Cream butter and sugar together until light. Sieve flour and baking powder
and add to the coconut. Add to the creamed butter and mix well. Add milk
and form into a smooth dough. Roll out on a floured board and cut into
squares. Prick with a fork. Bake on a greased baking tray in a moderate
hot oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Make about 16 biscuits.
