Coconut Cake
Ingredients:

150 gms maida
-
120 gms icing sugar
-
a few drops of vanilla essence

2 eggs
-
120 gms butter
-
2 tbsp chopped nuts

25 gms dessicated coconut
-
1 tsp baking powder
-
1/4 cup milk
Method:
In a mixing bowl cream the butter and sugar till fluffy. Add the dessicated
coconut and chopped nuts. Mix lightly. Gradually add the flour earlier
sieved a couple of times with the baking powder. Pour in the milk and a
few drops of vanilla essence. Put the mixture in a greased and floured
cake tin and bake in a preheated tandoor for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool in
the tin before serving.
