Ingredients:
- refined flour 200 gm
- rice flour 30 gm
- fat 115 gm
- powdered sugar a pinch
- salt to taste
- fat for frying
- rice flour for dusting 50 gm
Method:
Sieve flour with salt, rub in 1/2 the fat. Make the dough as for poories using a little water. Cream rice flour and remaining oil. Leave in cold water. Divide dough into small balls and roll into thin chapatis. Take
one chapati, smear with the creamy mixture. Sprinkle over with a little rice flour and place another chapati on top of it. Smear again with cream and dust over with rice flour. Roll and cut into pieces, roll slightly
and deep fry. Sprinkle powdered sugar over, while it is still hot. Repeat process for the rest of the dough.
