Ingredients For Rice Canapes:

Cooked rice 1 cup

Flour 1/4 cup

Butter, melted 2 tbsp

Salt, pepper to taste

Bread Crumbs 2 tbsp
Ingredients For Filling:

Cooked rice 1/4 cup

French beans and carrots, chopped and boiled 1/4 cup

Bamboo shoots from tin, chopped 1/4 cup

Onions, chopped 2 tbsp
-
Garlic, chopped 1 tsp

Oil 2 tbsp

Big pinch ajnamoto

Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp

Vinegar 1 tbsp

Chilli sauce 1 tsp

Salt to taste

Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Method:
Take 10 metal pastry tins. Grease with butter. Sprinkle bread crumbs. Mix
remaining melted butter and flour in the rice. Also mix salt and pepper
in it. Make ten portions. Take one portion and press it in the pastry tin
to make a canape. Prepare all the tins in the same way. Heat oven to 200
degree C. Bake, prepared canapes for about 25 minutes till light brown
and crisp. Take out and cool.
To prepare filling:- Heat oil and saute onions and garlic. Add rest
of the ingredients and mix well. Fill in the prepared canapes and serve
as a snack item.
