Cauliflower Soup
Ingredients:

Cauliflower, medium sized 1

Onion, medium sized 1

Tomatoes, large 2

Cashew nuts, finely minced 1 tbsp

Milk 1 cup

Corn flour 1 tbsp

Cream 2 tbsp
-
Butter 2 tbsp
-
Pepper powder and salt to taste
Method:
Trim the cauliflower and break it into florets. Parboil them in salted
water for a minute. Drain and keep aside. Fry the finely minced onion in
butter till light brown. Then, add the finely minced tomatoes and fry well.
Now mix in the cashew nuts, cauliflower and the milk. Add pepper powder
and salt to taste. Cook for some time. Remove and cool. Then blend in the
mixer. Pour the soup to the pan. Make a paste of corn flour with little
water and add to the soup. Just a bubble and the soup is ready to serve.
