Brinjal Chutney
Ingredients:

2-3 brinjals
-
5-6 red chillies
-
1tsp tamarind liquid
-
salt to taste
-
1 tsp jeera
For seasoning:
-
10-12 tsp oil
-
1/2 tsp mustard
-
1/2 tsp turmeric
-
curry leaves
Method:
-
Fry brinjal, red chillies, jeera in oil for 10-15 minutes in medium heat
or until the color of brinjal changes.

Grind them when it cools, add salt and the seasoning.

Heat 1 tsp oil add mustards, turmeric, curry leaves to it.
-
Serve as required.
