Bread Rolls With Cabage Cutlets
Ingredients:

6 Bread Rolls

6 tsp butter
-
Few Slices if cucumber

Few Salad Leaves (lettuce)

Mayonnaise Sauce or Tomato Ketchup as needed
For Cabbage Cutlets

3 tsp Oil
-
Mustards seeds 1/2 tsp

1/4 cup onion chopped
-
1 1/2 cups potatoes,boiled and mashed

1/2 cup cabbage, thinly shredded

1/2 cup fresh beans and carrots, chopped and boiled

3 bread slices, soaked in little water and made into thick pulp

1 tablespoon chilli, ginger paste

3 tablespoon lemon juice

Bread crumbs for coating

Oil for deep fry or shallow frying

Salt to taste
Method:
Slit bread rolls lengthwise from one side and apply butter evenly. Arrange
few slices of cucumber and a fresh salad leaf.
To prepare cutlet, heat oil and saute onions untill tender. Add cabbage
and saute for a few minutes till a little soft. Add rest of the ingredients.
Mix well and allow mixture to be little dry. Remove from heat and cool.
Make six portions and shape into long cutlets to fit into bread rolls.
Roll each cutlet into bread crumbs. Shallow fry or deep fry as you like.
Put one cutlet in each prepared roll. Serve for breakfast, with mayonnaise
sauce or tomato ketchup.
