Bengali Type Moongdal

Method:

Fry moong dal without oil until it becomes crispy. Then wash. Take cauliflower and big pieces of potato and fry it. Put in the pressure cooker and cook along with dal. Then add oil to the pan and add cumin seeds. Put all the vegetables into it and add ginger, turmeric powder, chilli and salt to taste. Add a little amount of sugar, coriander leaves and green chillies. Tastes good.
