Banana Halva
Ingredients:

Ripe banana mash 2 cup

Rice flour 2 tbsp

sugar 1 1/2 cups

Ghee 3 tbsp
-
a few drops of yellow food colour

a few drops of ice cream essence

Chopped cashewnuts 2 tbsp
Method:
Heat the ghee in a saucepan and lightly fry the banana mash. Then add the
sugar, rice flour and the chopped cashewnuts. Keep stirring on a slow fire.
Now add a few drops of yellow food color and a few drops of ice cream essence.
When the mixture begins to leave the sides of the pan, quicly pour the
mixture on to a lightly greased plate. Allow to cool completely before
cutting into desired shapes.
