Banana Bite

Method:

Select ripe and firm bananas. Peel and cut each banana horizontally into two and then vertically into two. Apply half a tsp of jam on the cut surface evenly. Knead the paneer well and divide into 24 balls. Roll each ball and shape into an oval and press in the centre of each banana piece. Press a red cherry over the oval, chill and serve.
