First preheat oven to 425° F. Get your favorite unbaked pies crust and plop it in a greased pea pan. Place a small handfull of brown sugar and flour on the bottom of the pie crust and mix up. Peel and slice your apples somewhat thin place the apple slices in the pie pan. Put in as many apples as you want(within reason). On top of the apples sprinkle a mixture of cinnamon and sugar. Place the pie in the oven for 15 minutes at 425° F. After 15 minutes turn the oven down t about 350° F. Keep an eye on the pie since every apple pie's depth is different. Test the apples by sticking a knife in one of them.
