Amaranth Saute
Ingredients:
- amaranth leaves 450 gm
- small red onions 115 gm
- green chillies 10 gm
- salt to taste
- oil 20 ml
Method:
Wash and drain leaves. Peel and slice onion and slit green chillies. Chop amaranth leaves. Heat oil. Add onions and green chillies and saute for 1 or 2 minutes. Add leaves and salt. Cover and cook
for 2-3 minutes. Mix well and remove.
