Ingredients :

Agathi Flowers 2 cups,chopped

Gram flour 2 tbsp

Sour and thick buttermilk 4 cups

Salt to taste

Grind to paste: turmeric a pinch,

Grated coconut 1 tbsp

Green chillies and curry leaves a few each and
-
Jeera 1 tsp
-
Season with: oil 1 tsp,
-
Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp,
-
Asafoetida a pinch,
-
Red Chillies 1-2
Method:
Cook the flowers in salted water. Add to the buttermilk along with the
flour and ground paste. Cook over low fire stirring often to avoid lumps.
Season with the mentioned ingredients and pour over the raita. Serve hot
with rice.
