Vegetarian Grapes And Grains
Ingredients:

Broken wheat 1 cup

Grapes seeded and cut into two 1 cup

Water 2 cups

Oil 2 tbsp

Cashewneuts fried 1/4 cup

Cumminseeds 1 tsp
-
Cloves 3-4
-
Small pieces of cinnamon 2-3

Onions, chopped 1/2 cup

Tomatoes chopped 1/2 cup
-
Green chillies chopped 3-4
-
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
-
Red chilli powder 1 tsp

Salt to taste
Method:
Wash broken wheat and soak for 1/2 an hour. Pressure cook with two cups
of water and little salt. Heat oil and add cumminseeds, cloves and cinnamon
pieces. When they become brown, add green chillies and onions. Saute till
light pink in color. Add tomatoes and grapes. Mix well. Add turmeric powder,
red chilli powder and cashewnuts. Mix well and then mix cooked broken wheat.
Add salt to taste. Mix well and saute for a few minutes. Serve hot with
curd.
