Brinjal Chutney


For seasoning:


  1. Fry brinjal, red chillies, jeera in oil for 10-15 minutes in medium heat or until the color of brinjal changes.
  2. Grind them when it cools, add salt and the seasoning.
  3. Heat 1 tsp oil add mustards, turmeric, curry leaves to it.
  4. Serve as required.
