Ingredients:
red chillies 1.400ml
coriander seeds 600 ml
rice 100 ml
urad dal 100 ml
mustard 50 ml
pepper 200 ml
cumin 100 ml
toor dal 100 ml
fenugreek 50 ml
Method:
Roast all the ingredients well and grind them into powder.
