Large sandwich bread 1
Finely minced and cooked vegetable 2 cups
Chopped cashewnuts 1/2 cup
Maida 2 tbsp
Finely minced green coriander 1 tbsp
Garam masala powder 1 tbsp
Butter 1 tbsp
Grated Cheese 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Cut a thin slice from either side of the bread. Scoop out the centre of
the loaf, with the handle of a small spoon. Now mix together the cooked
vegetable, chopped cashewnuts, minced green coriander, garam masala powder,
butter, grated cheese and salt to taste. Fill this into the empty sandwich
shell. Fix the end slices back into their places with strong noodle sticks.
Make a paste of the maida with a little water and apply this paste all
over the end slices. Bake in a moderately hot oven for about 8-10 mins.
When cool, wrap in foil. While serving cut into thick pieces and serve.
