Vegetable Biryani

Put ghee in the pan. Add cut onions in it. Then add cinnamon, cardamom and cloves. After that add beans, cabbage, potato, carrot and all other vegetables. Make a paste with tomato, mint leaves, curry leaves and coriander leaves. Add this to the cooking vegetables. Add the rice. Fry for few minutes. Add water. Again fry for 1 minute. Close the pan till the rice is cooked.
