Vaazhaikai Vadai

Method:

Peel the outer skin from the plantain or raw banana and pressure cook them till soft. When it is lukewarm, mash them. Add grated carrots, cabbage, cooked peas and them mash them well again. Add red chillies and salt. Now take a plastic sheet. In that keep a small ball of this mixture and flatten them. Deep fry them in hot oil.
