Uriddal Gulab Jamun



Soak urad dal and rice together. Grind them to a very fine paste by just sprinkling little water. It should be like vada consistency. Add 1 pinch of salt to the paste. Make small even sized balls and fry them till golden brown. Prepare sugar syrup and add the dal balls to the syrup. Add a pinch of saffron to the syrup.
