Blanch the tomatoes(heat water in a pan and put the whole tomatoes in it. After 5 minutes u can see the skin, removing. Take out and remove the skins) and grind them into a nice paste. Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard and when it crackles add the tomato paste. Add salt and chilli powder too. Keep stirring till the consistency is that of a pickle.
